DANCE, DRAMA AND IMPROVISATION WORKSHOPS

To Improvise is to dance witout the pressure (and yet with the option) of imitating some elses movement style ideas or impulses of the body and spirit. You do not need any dance background, just a willingness to take chances and to respond authentically.
